Gathering

Guys, regarding the gathering.
We'll be organising a chalet(2days 1 night/3days 2 nights).
If you guys want it to be 3days 2 nights, the amount you have to pay will be more.
Date not comfirmed yet or rather the whole thing is not being comfirmed yet.
If you guys don't want the chalet, maybe give other suggestions?
Anw, those we comfirmed that they can make it for the chalet, please inform either me, Nicole or Xiaohui ASAP.
By the way, the chalet's gonna be on weekends.
